I am starting to feel a lot better except for when I'm hungry. If I don't eat then there's a problem. I won't feel good at all. I am usually satisfied as long as I have something to eat. Let's see, I eat breakfast at 7am, lunch at 11am, dinner at around 4pm but then again there's room for snacks in-between, before and afterwards.
Let's see what Week 15 brings...
